The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 152,90,000 won with 12% per annum from February 29, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (a judgment by a person who is deemed as a person who has been made a confession) of the same Act only submitted a formal reply stating the purport that the Defendant was served with a duplicate of the complaint of this case and denied the facts constituting the Plaintiff’s claim, and did not submit a substantive reply or a preparatory document containing a specific assertion, and the date for pleading was lawfully served and did not appear on the date for pleading, and thus, the fact of the Plaintiff’s claim is deemed to have been led to a confession
