A. The Defendant raped the Plaintiff four occasions as follows:

(1) On June 11, 2018, the Defendant found the Plaintiff’s residence in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, and tried to continue to be aware of the Plaintiff, using his husband’s work. The Plaintiff refused it, laid off the Plaintiff’s body on his hand, cut off the Plaintiff’s body and panty without protesting the Plaintiff, and forced the Plaintiff to go off, and had sexual intercourse once with the Plaintiff on September 2, 2018.
