If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven BM3 motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 300 meters alcohol content 0.185% from the 53-4th road of Songpa-gu Seoul Stam room to the 25th road of the same Olympic Games (SM3 motor vehicles).
