When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2014, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.078% on blood alcohol level around 23:58, the Defendant driven BMW car from approximately 2 km to about 16 k from the roads on Samsung Dong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the four-lane Seoul Olympic-ro 16 (locked-dong).
