A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant did not deal with psychotropic drugs-related Mesophacopules (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”), but sold, mephones and purchased them as follows.
1. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant sold philophonephones in the Dokdong-gu Busan Metropolitan City “Dmophones” room, and sold 2.1g of philophones to E, and 300,000 won in cash from Dong and 860,000 won in cash.
2. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones sold by E on the same date and place as paragraph (1) at the same time and place as that of paragraph (1) on November 18, 2013, and inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones sold by E on one occasion as paragraph (1), and melting them into the Defendant’s arms.
3. On May 7, 2014, the Defendant remitted KRW 300,000 as the purchase price of phiphones to an influorial account used by F. G from May 7, 2014. On May 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sold KRW 100,000 to F; and (b) purchased the cosmetic boxes concealed approximately 1.05g g of phiphones from the cluor; and (c) purchased the cosmetic boxes from the above G by taking the cluoral in the cluoric method of cutting off the cluoral box from the cluoron.
The defendant of "2014 Highest 4907" means that even if he/she receives money as a prepaid payment from the victim J (the age of 49) without his/her intention to work as an employee, he/she is willing to obtain prepaid money using the name of the victim K, the defendant's speech, but he/she is willing to do so.
