Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of conflict in the branch court of Suwon District Court on May 23, 2012, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on October 4, 2012.
1. Suppression;
A. B. The Defendant around October 14, 2012
In the same place as the same as the paragraph, the victim D, after drinking an alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 150,00, has been aware of the 150,00 won, and after drinking the rash in his house, the victim D made a report on the illegal because he has drinking together. The victim, who was fright to drinking, made the 150,00 won call for the alcohol value and acquired the pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount.
C. Around August 2013, the Defendant: (a) used the “H” car page of the victim G (n) operated in Suwon-si-si-si-si-si-gu-gu-gu-si, that an employee would be punished for drinking together with his/her customers; (b) provided the victim with a check of KRW 50,000,00 with a face of KRW 50,000,000, and received 50,000,000 from the victim; and (c) threatened the victim with a thickness so that he/she may drink; (d) reported the victim.”
