A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall obtain money from the applicant C to the applicant C, KRW 275,00,00, and the applicant D.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the method of flooding and completed the execution of the sentence on June 27, 2016.

1. On July 18, 2017, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si G and 302, made a false statement that he/she would purchase and send money to the Defendant’s agricultural bank with the Defendant’s agricultural bank card if he/she sent money to the Defendant by visiting the Internet NAV car site to purchase the NAF H, and reporting the victim’s writing “for the purchase of the NAF H, for the NAF to purchase the NAF H.”

However, since the defendant did not have the above No.C. card, even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have the intent or ability to purchase the above A.C. card on behalf of the injured party.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, was accused by deceiving the victim and transferred KRW 643,535 to the new bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant’s mother on the same day.

2. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) posted a false statement stating that “The Defendant would send money to the victim F who reported and contacted, by accessing the Internet NAV carbook website to sell KRW 100,000 KRW 270,00,00”; and (b) sent money to the online NAF.

However, since the defendant did not have the above merchandise coupon, even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the merchandise coupon to the injured party.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received 270,000 won as the price for goods from a new bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant’s mother on the same day by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim, and from that date, from that time, the Defendant was to receive 270,000
