A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three months.

On October 14, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat in front of the house of the victim G located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, which was parked in that place, and opened a door to the victim’s cash owned by the victim who was parked in that place and opened on the top of the chief secretary, three million won in cash owned by the victim, one head of the Nong Bank, one head of the Tong in the Nong Bank, and one verification color bank consisting of one head of the new bank.

In addition, they stolen them.
