Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 17, 2011, the Defendant: (a) 10:10, the victim, “E” operated by Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Victim D (the 54 years of age, n; hereinafter the 54 years of age, n) opened the store, she took a bath and shoulder with both hands, and she saw “F” as a double, dead,” and, (b) her hand, led the victim to live in the bridge, she was sealed in front of the store and the iron pent; (c) was tight and tension in front of the store; and (d) was tight and tensions in which the victim should provide three-day medical treatment to the victim by drinking the breast.
2. Interference with business;

B. 3. Defamation;

B. On February 18, 2011, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts with the following purport: (a) talking to the same effect as (c) the victim, among the persons who engage in the act in front of the above “E”, around 12:07.
