1. The Defendant shall make the Cheongju District Court with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 2/10 of the 3032 square meters in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

1. The indication D of the claim completed the registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership under the receipt No. 9560 on December 31, 1984 as to the land of this case, Cheongju District Court, Young-dong District Court, Young-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, 3032.6m2 (hereinafter “instant land”). The Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the instant land.

The right to the purchase and sale of the above provisional registration terminated after the lapse of the exclusion period of 10 years, and D died on November 21, 1995, and the defendant inherited the above provisional registration by inheritance of 2/10.

The defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of the above provisional registration with respect to the share of 2/10 of the land in this case to the plaintiff.
