A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received the card from “B” and “B”, which came to know through the Internet job seeking site; (b) received the cash deposited in the relevant card; and (c) proposed to deposit into the account designated by “B”; and (d) consented to the Defendant’s act of “B” with the knowledge of the fact that the said date is illegal in relation to Bosing; (b) sent the Defendant’s identification card, resident registration copy, photograph, etc. to “B” and conspired to receive benefits of KRW 2.5 million per month.

On October 30, 2018, an employee under the name in distress assumes the phone call to the victim C, and falsely assumes that “If part of the existing loan is transferred to the current designated account, he/she will make a substitute loan at a lower interest rate than the existing loan,” and one-time “B” received the Defendant’s home delivery waiting in the vicinity of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and then directed the Defendant to check the cash at the time designated by “B”.

However, the above facts were not a member of the Korea Banks, and there was no intention or ability to provide the victim with the repayment loans.

An employee in distress of name was transferred 3 million won to the H bank account (I) in the name of G on the same day from the victim.

On October 30, 2018, at around 15:30 on October 30, 2018, the Defendant received the H Bank Body Card in the name of the said G from the home line sent by the “B” while waiting in front of the J in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and was kept in order to withdraw three million won deposited on the said card in accordance with the time when the designation of the “B” was made, the Defendant did not withdraw cash from the wind arrested by the on-site police officers from the Flley path of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu at around 16:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant is named “B” and named.
