Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Criminal facts

1. On June 21, 2017, the Defendant used computers, etc.: (a) at the CPC room located in Ulsandong-gu, Ulsandong-gu; (b) at the victim D’s cell phone loaned to the victim D; and (c) at the victim’s cell phone deposit rate, the Defendant requested the victim to change the cPC card along with the cell phone and received the cPC card from the victim’s name along with the cell phone.

On June 21, 2017, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Ulsandong-gu E and 201, connected to the above mobile phone-based game display, and allowed the victim to enter the victim’s name, resident registration number, and password and to process information without authority in the settlement window while purchasing items from the Defendant’s cell phone. The Defendant acquired the victim’s proprietary benefits equivalent to 50,000 won by settling the payment.

In addition, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 5,288,890 in total, including: (a) input of a victim’s name, resident registration number, and payment password, 54 times in total, as shown in attached Table 1, from around the above day to August 6, 2017; and (b) obtained information processing without authority.

2. As set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) embezzling the victim’s knife and kept the knife card with the victim’s knife.

From June 25, 2017, the Defendant, upon receiving a request from the injured party to return his/her happiness card, rejected it without justifiable cause and embezzled the injured party’s property, and thereafter embezzled property worth KRW 1,80,000,000 in total, from around August 1, 2017, as stated in the list of crimes of embezzlement, from around three occasions, from around August 1, 2017.

3. On July 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the victim D’s house located in Ulsandong-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) committed a theft by bringing the victim’s scambling credit card to the victim’s wall; and (c) by taking the victim’s scambling, south-do; and (d) around June 30, 2017, the thief Defendant committed a theft.
