A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

around March 2019, the Defendant transferred to B the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2-story “D” sexual traffic business establishment, and from June 20, 2019, from around June 20, 2019, the Defendant informed customers to the night office head and received the payment.

At around 20:55 on July 9, 2019, the Defendant and B received 90,000 won from F, which reported the advertisement posted on the Internet site “E,” etc. at the said “D sex trafficking business establishment, and had the G of Thailand’s nationality (28 years old), which is a woman engaged in sex trafficking employed in advance, engage in sexual intercourse or similarity with the said male purchase, etc., from among the unspecified sexual purchase who reported Internet advertisements from June 20, 2019 to July 9, 2019, the Defendant and B received 90,000 won or 230,000 won as the price for sex trafficking, and had H (n, 28 years old) receive in advance the said sex purchase with the said male.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.
