Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant operated a sexual traffic business establishment on the second floor of the building located in Gwangju City, with the trade name "C".
On May 23, 2018, at a business establishment around 20:10, the Defendant directed 20,000 won in cash and 80,000 won from two control police officers who pretended to customers to engage in commercial sex acts, and had female employees of Thailand, such as "D" and "E", take into their respective smuggling with the same sexual intercourse, as well as allowing them to engage in commercial sex acts by reporting commercial sex acts posted on "F," etc., which is an Internet site from the beginning of April 2018 to the above temporary date, and from sexual purchase, the Defendant took 80,000 won in cash as commercial sex acts, and had female employees of Thailand, such as "G", "D", and "E, etc., sexual intercourse with the above male employees of Thailand, one time.
Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
