A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu District Court on July 20, 2012, and is still under the suspension of execution after the said judgment was finalized on July 28, 2012

1. Around 22:10 on January 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing car from the entrance of the Pungman Apartment apartment in the city of Ansan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) applied approximately 1.7km away from the entrance of the Pungwon apartment in the same Ri to the front road in the same Ri, and obstructed the driving of the motor vehicle while driving the motor vehicle; (c) as a part of the motor vehicle in front of the above vehicle, the Defendant saw the motor vehicle behind the motor bicycle driven by the victim D (the age of 17) at approximately 1.7km; and (d) led the victim to drive the motor vehicle in front, rear, and repeatedly repeatedly and repeatedly as the victim would take the front side of the motor vehicle; and (d) the victim was at a speed of more than 80 km per hour to avoid this.

Accordingly, the Defendant, using a dangerous vehicle as seen above, suffered injury to the victim D, such as brain salvy in need of treatment for about two weeks, and the victim E, who was on board the above motorcycle, suffered approximately two weeks of treatment, respectively, from the right eyebrow.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. On January 6, 2012, the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license from G located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to borrow HYF YF rocketing car, from the head of the place of business, around 17:40.

The defendant presented the first-class ordinary driver's license under the name of the chief of Daegu Police Agency, which is an official document in possession, as if the defendant was the defendant's driver's license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

B. Around 18:00 on January 7, 2012, the Defendant was required to produce a driver’s license from G located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to borrow CYF rocketing.

The defendant is the commissioner of the Daegu Provincial Police Agency, who is an official document in his possession.
