A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the on-site illness:

1. On January 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the part of the above Oral Ba in front of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel; (b) destroyed the part of the victim C owned by the victim who was parked in the front of the Btel; and (c) destroyed the part of the above Oral Ba in front of the Btel.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property so that the repair cost is not reasonable.

2. Around 10:40 on January 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the road in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, a residence of the victim E; (b) destroyed the market price of the victim, which was located there, by generating a lid lid by a slided lid, which is the victim’s own; (c) cut off by a string of the air exhaust gas 2 in the market price, the victim’s market price located in the string; (d) a knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife kn

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

3. No person in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall carry with himself/herself any extension or tool which may be used for causing serious harm to human life or body, such as a knife, iron bar, or hacksaw, or for intrusion on a house or other structure, without justifiable grounds;

Nevertheless, around 10:50 on January 2, 2019, the Defendant walked about 100 meters from the front side of the “H Hospital” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the first day of the “H Hospital” to the first day.

Accordingly, the defendant conceals the knife that may inflict serious harm on the life or body of a person without any justifiable reason and carries it with him/her.

4. On January 2, 2019, at around 10:55, the Defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties, Paragraph 2, which is an object dangerous to the Defendant, by the police box belonging to the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving 112 report on the criminal facts stated in Paragraph 3, to the Defendant.
