A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on November 4, 2019, at the second floor office-type residence of the victim C residing in Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) divided the front door of the entrance; (c) confirmed the absence of the victim; and (d) went back through stairs and intrude into the door through a window not corrected after the building; and (c) cut off 50,000 won on the front door of the computer on the front door, which was kept in custody; and (d) cut off 10 copies of the victim’s right of KRW 50,00 on the front door of the computer.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. On November 13, 2019, around 18:14, 2019, the Defendant intruded the victim C’s office-type residence in the same manner as in paragraph (1) of Paragraph (1) on November 13, 2019, and cut down with one sheet of KRW 50,000, 15, 100, 100, 200, 100, and 100,000, 200, and 10,000,000, in total, on the television table of the same place.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. On November 21, 2019, around November 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victim’s office-type residence according to the aforementioned method; (b) stolen, with one set of books of account, a total of KRW 9,000, and one set of KRW 2 locks, 50,000, and one set of 30,000, which were kept on the books of the living room’s computer.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.
