Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2014, around 20:20 on August 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent back a bus stop at the D Welfare Center C, which had completed night learning at night on the right side, and returned home to the Defendant (n, 16 years old), such as the victim E (n, 16 years old), F (n, 16 years old); and (b) committed a publicly obscenity act by cutting down a sexual organ and scaming it.
