Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, who opened a gambling place, was willing to offer a gambling place for profit, such as drawing table table table and table table table for the purpose of gambling in order to enable the Defendant to gambling in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B 203, Nam-gu;
