Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B, and M, using heading 52 of the card, intended to engage in gambling in the manner of paying money to the winners by setting the order of priority in accordance with the prescribed rules, such as raising additional money and replacing the card, etc., and to acquire and distribute 10,000 won per hour under the name of admission fee, and 5% of the sales price per page under the name of “B”, or 1-20,000 won in return for various kinds of mental names.
Accordingly, Defendant A conspired to take charge of the so-called “warehouse” role in the operation of a gambling place, such as gathering of gambling participants and managing “Sa,” while leasing the gambling place N 401, and Defendant A conspired to take charge of the so-called “saging house” role in lending money to the participants in gambling, and the so-called “saging house” role in lending money to the participants in gambling, and M to gather the participants in gambling.
A.
