A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 1, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective, deadly weapons, etc.) installed a packaging car at the entrance of the D-public parking lot located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, and was engaged in funeral services. Around October 1, 2014, the Defendant was demanded to move an electric saw, which is dangerous goods at the Defendant’s Grenk car car trokeke, from the victim F to another place, and threatened the victim F (29 years old), the victim H (22 years old), the victim I (52 years old), the victim J (29 years old), and the victim J (29 years old).
