Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, around 19:00 on June 25, 2015, performed the alcohol together in the dwelling area of Defendant A, the Government-Si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si, and Do-dong victims E (Y, 16 years of age) and the victim F (Y, 16 years of age) were drinking.
1. Defendant A
(a) A person who is permitted to possess guns, swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electroshock weapons, or crossbows in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act or the Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act shall not use guns, swords, gas sprayers, electroshock weapons, or crossbows unless they are intended to use them for permitted purposes, or any justifiable ground exists;
At around 21:00 on June 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) taken a deadly weapon (Evidence Nos. 1, total length: 100cc; 70cc in knife length: : 70cc in knife length); and (b) taken a hand to the victims, “this Chewing year, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bith. b. h. h. h. h. n. n.) which was permitted for food, which had been suffering from the victims’ anti-enda in a way of chemicaling at the same place, and displayed swords once.”
As a result, the defendant, carrying a deadly weapon, assaulted victims, and used swords for other than permitted purposes.
B. At around 21:00 on June 25, 2015, the Defendant expressed to the victims of the defect that the victims wish to go to house at the above site, and expressed to the effect that “the victims of the defect will go to house.........................................], the Defendant prevented entrance until 22:30 on the same day, and prevented the victims from leaving the Defendant’s residence for about one hour and 30 minutes.
Accordingly, the defendant detained victims.
C. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant refused the performance of official duties even if four police officers, who were assigned to the police station of the medical police station, who received a report of text messages from E at the above location and attempted to take victims, at around 22:30.
