1. The Defendant connects the Plaintiff with each point of the attached Form 6, 11, 12, 13, and 6 among the land size of 43 square meters in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu.

1. In fact, the Plaintiff owned the land and its ground buildings in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu (hereinafter “instant building”). A part of the instant building, which connects each point of which is indicated in the separate sheet No. 6, 11, 12, 13, and 6 among the land in Jung-gu, Daegu-gu (hereinafter “C”) owned by the Defendant, Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu (hereinafter “the instant land”) and damages the part “1” (hereinafter “the instant land”).

2. Determination

A. 1) On June 10, 1957, the land of Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Inc. before subdivision, the land of Jung-gu, Daegu-gu and the land of the F (hereinafter “F before subdivision”).

(C) The land was divided into C, and the F land before the division is the F land in Daegu-gu on March 25, 1967 and D land (hereinafter “D land”).

2) On May 27, 1956, the Plaintiff’s lighting G constructed the instant building on the land (based on the present land and the instant land) in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu (based on the current land and the instant land), and obtained approval for use on May 27, 1956, and the building C was also constructed on the land (hereinafter “C building”) and obtained approval for use on October 30, 1956.

3) On the building management ledger concerning the instant building drawn up on June 1982, entered the Plaintiff’s father H as the owner, and on the property tax ledger concerning the instant building, the property tax was imposed on H as to the instant building in 1982. 4) At the time when the instant building and C building were newly constructed, the land in Jung-gu, Daegu was owned by G, etc. at the time of subdivision in November 4, 1966, and the Plaintiff Cho mother I completed the registration of ownership transfer on the F land before subdivision in November 4, 1966, and H completed the registration of ownership transfer on D land on June 27, 1974.

5) On October 21, 2002, the Plaintiff completed the registration of initial ownership relating to the instant building. On October 21, 2002, J completed the registration of ownership transfer on D land due to inheritance due to a consultation division dated May 26, 2002. 6) on D land on April 10, 1973. Defendant and K completed the registration of ownership transfer relating to C land including the instant land, and Defendant and K respectively on September 29, 1975.
