1. Facts of recognition;

A. As to the area D road 4,562 square meters (hereinafter “D land before subdivision”) in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun (hereinafter “Criju”), the Defendant was registered as the owner of the land on June 10, 1956, and completed the registration of ownership preservation on May 20, 1994.

B. On June 10, 2016, the size of B road was divided from D’s land before subdivision, and the land category was changed to “miscellaneous land” on the 13th of the same month.
