Criminal facts
The Defendant, who gets a bicycle, string a string vehicle or a vehicle moving behind a parking lot, caused a traffic accident by causing a traffic accident, and, in order to have a driver deal with the insurance, acquired the agreed money from the insurance company by means of having the driver deal with the insurance, and acquired the total amount of KRW 3,290,000 through five times as follows.
1.
