Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving bus vehicles C.

On May 26, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 09:00, and stopped at the bus stop and let the passengers get out of it while driving the front road D in front of the Gyeonggi Nam-si at the boundary of the police box where the Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do.
