The imprisonment with prison labor for the accused shall be determined by one year and four months.

An applicant for compensation order shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The Boscing organization, which is not known of the name, is an organization composed of inducements by deceiving money to many unspecified victims, solicitations of accounts to invite money to receive money, communications of transmitting physical cards connected to the above account to the withdrawals, withdrawals of money and money launderings of money, and money launderings of money for damage, etc. The defendant is a person who conducts money exchange business in the on-day market in the Philippines.

On January 15, 2019, a person whose name of the organization of the above Bosing Organization is unknown shall send a text message to the victim B, stating that “four telephone calls have been opened in the victim’s name.” On or around January 15, 2019, the victim in contact with him shall connect police officers as follows: (a) the developments leading up to the National Police Agency Cyber Investigative Team; (b) the D prosecutor and E division belonging to the Seoul Central Prosecutor’s Office; and (c) the false statement stating that “the personal information of the victim has been leaked and the account has been used for the crime.” In so doing, the person shall deposit money to the safety account protected by the State to prevent damage: (a) receive money from the victim on or around January 17, 2019; (b) receive KRW 80,000,000; (c) the total account number in the F Bank’s name; (d) the account number of KRW 300,000; (c) the account number of KRW 60,7010,60,70,10.

On January 17, 2019, the Defendant exchanged money deposited into the said account from Q in charge of money laundering and exchangeing the money acquired by the said organization from the said organization into the Korean currency page, and then accepted a proposal to request the said money to be returned to Korean currency again, and on the same day, accepted it.
