A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the mother of C who attended B elementary school in June 6th, 2016, and the victim D(M, 43 years of age) was a current or former teacher of C.

1. From around 10:50 on November 8, 2018, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant injured the Defendant committed an assault, such as: (a) at the F grade 7 classes of the sixth grade class class class class class of the F Elementary School in Gowon-gun, Gosi-gun; (b) at the six grade and six grade and six grade and six grade and class of the B elementary school; (c) at the time of the above C’s appearance, the victim did not pay any attention to the company on the ground that the victim did not have paid any attention to the company; and (d) at the reading class in order to receive the company on the ground that the victim did not have paid any attention to the company; and (b) at the reading class, the victim was sent to the victim “(s) with the victim’s head at one time and two times the face of the victim’s left side due to his/her finger floor.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the victim's legitimate teaching business, and at the same time, suffered from the victim's impairment of the second scam which requires the victim's treatment for about two weeks.

2. During the time and place set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant insultd the victim openly by stating that “I am unable to see, e.g., that I am son and I am son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.”
