Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for eight months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From February 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 00:29 on February 27, 2015, 2015, the FPC thief thief was found to have been fastened by the victim H’s upper part of the G1st floor located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) the victim’s hand was 1,000 won in cash owned by the victim who was suffering from the said domination, using the gaps where he was negligent in his care; and (c) the victim’s property was stolen by the victim’s property; (d) the victim was found to have been 1,000 won in cash owned by the said occupant; (e) the victim’s thief thief 2 in Gangdong-gu, Seoul; and (e) the victim was found to have been suffering from the victim’s loss at the market price on the 2nd floor of Gangdong-gu, Seoul; and (e) the victim was found to have been suffering from the victim’s k’s market price.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. On February 27, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 01:29, the “M” located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, and (b) 1. A.

2) Although it was stolen as in paragraph 2, it was done as if it was the legitimate holder of the said Nonghyup Card, and the purchase of 10,000 won from the victim whose name is unknown and the payment was made by using the said Card, and the payment was made by using the said Card from around that time to around 05:43 on the same day, and the payment was made by using the stolen card that purchased goods or received services in the same way seven times in total, as in the list of crimes, from around the same day to around 05:43.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims who could not know their names, obtained property or property benefits, and used stolen credit cards.
