Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] On May 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 4, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 4, 2015.

1. On February 23, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant discovered that he was faced with the victim E's scamba in the D emergency room located on the first floor of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim was scambavated, and 8,000 won in cash owned by the victim and one 50,000 won in market value consisting of one creba and one creba in the creba in which the victim was scambavated.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, received property or acquired property benefits.

3. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, used one check card of the foreign exchange bank owned by the victim E, as stated in the list of offenses.
