Defendant

B I, Defendant E is a person who has been engaged in transporting and disposing of livestock excreta and wastes from a farm or enterprise while operating each of the J tank cro vehicles; Defendant C is a person who operates a two farm in Pyeongtaek-si K; Defendant D is a person who operates a two farm in Pyeongtaek-si; Defendant D is a person who manufactures local products and organic acid from L to M in the trade name of M at the time of strike.

Defendant

A is a person who operates food waste recycling business with the trade name of corporation O in the petition district N at the Cheongju-si.

No person shall abandon excreta, livestock excreta, animal carcass, wastes, or sludge in a public water zone.

1. Livestock excreta (Defendant B, C, and E);

A. around May 2016, Defendant B and E had the intent of Defendant B and E to dispose of livestock generated from a fish farm operated by C, and to transport livestock excreta generated from the said farm to Defendant B and E’s tank glass vehicle for the transport of the livestock excreta generated from the said farm to the Defendant B and E’s 500,000 won per ton of the 25 to dispose of the livestock excreta, and they had the livestock excreta generated from the said farm without permission.

Defendant

B and E, in collusion on May 10, 2016, around 00:005, in 200:05, on the drainage line of 16.4 metric tons of livestock excreta from the farm operated by Defendant B, and on the aggregate of 21.575 metric tons of livestock excreta from the said two kinds of money farm, Defendant E transported 21.575 metric tons to the J-Crori vehicle, and discharges it to the water surface without permission from the time on June 10, 2016, from around 38 times in total, from around 10:35, as described in paragraphs (1) through (38) of the attached Table 1 of the List of Offenses Offenses Act, Defendant B used livestock excreta 347.05 tons, and Defendant E’s aggregate of 345 metric tons of livestock excreta to the public waters without permission of the Republic of Korea on June 25, 2015.

B. Defendant B, and E’s joint crimes of this case constitute Defendant B, C, and E without permission as described in paragraph (a) 1, 2 of this Article.
