B. Adjudication on expropriation by the Regional Land Tribunal of Busan Metropolitan City on April 8, 2019 (hereinafter in this case’s adjudication on expropriation): Each land indicated as “subject matter of expropriation” in the attached Table (hereinafter in this case’s land) in the attached Table (hereinafter “subject matter of expropriation”), and the parcel number shall be specified only when classification is necessary. 2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the amount of compensation for the instant case is lower than the price of the land subject to expropriation, thereby falling short of the reasonable amount of compensation. Therefore, the Defendant is subject to the court’s appraisal and the instant ruling of compensation.
