1. Defendant C received KRW 1,458,043 from the Plaintiffs, and at the same time, written in attached Table 1 against the Plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. (i) On June 27, 2012, the Plaintiffs and Defendant C entered into a lease agreement between the Plaintiffs and the Defendants (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”) with respect to the entire building on the ground of Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun (hereinafter “instant building”) as the lease deposit amounting to KRW 20,00,000 and KRW 1,500,000 (Additional Tax), monthly rent (hereinafter “the primary lease agreement”).

On June 27, 2012, Defendant C paid KRW 20,000,000 to Plaintiff A the deposit for the first lease agreement.

The Plaintiffs and the Defendants shall make the first lease agreement on September 17, 2012 with the lessee as Defendant C, ① lease deposit for one (including the housing portion) and one (food processing factory) of the instant building, with the lessee as Defendant C, KRW 7,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 500,000 (excluding the payment on September 27, 201), and the lease agreement with the lessee as of September 27, 2015 (hereinafter “Defendant C contract”), and ② the lessee as Defendant D, the main two (factory and warehouse), and KRW 13,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,000, KRW 27,000, KRW 100, KRW 27,000, KRW 27,005, respectively, of the instant building (general factory), and the lease agreement with the lessee as of September 27, 2015.

) Each lease contract was prepared by dividing the instant building into separate lease contracts. Of the instant building, the object leased by Defendant C is a building in the attached Form 1, 4, and the object leased by Defendant D is a building in the attached Form 2, 3, 5, and 6 (hereinafter referred to as “each building”) in the attached Form 2, 3, 5, and 6.

【Defendant D did not pay the lease deposit separately, and most monthly rent was transferred from the account in the name of Defendant C to the account in the name of Plaintiff A (However, Defendant D deposited KRW 1,650,000 in monthly rent from March 20, 2014 to the Plaintiff’s account in the name of Plaintiff A.
