1. The Defendants shall jointly:

A. The real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list to the Plaintiff A;

B. Attached 2 List to Plaintiff B.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Plaintiff A is each owner of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1; Plaintiff B is the real estate listed in the attached Table 2; and Plaintiff C is the owner of the real estate listed in the attached Table 3.

(hereinafter referred to as "each real estate listed in the attached list") shall be referred to as "the instant real estate" in total.

(1) On February 9, 2014, Plaintiff A and I concluded a lease agreement with the lessee of the lease agreement to KRW 15,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,230,000 (excluding the payment on April 25, 201), and from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2019. On July 14, 2014, Plaintiff A and I concluded a lease agreement with the lessee of the lease agreement to Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”) (hereinafter “Defendant D”) with the term of the lease agreement from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2019.

(2) On February 9, 2014, Plaintiff B and Defendant D entered into a lease agreement with KRW 15,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,160,000 (excluding the payment on April 25, 201), and the lease agreement with April 1, 2014, on the real estate listed in the attached Table 2 attached hereto.

(3) On February 7, 2014, Plaintiff C and Defendant D entered into a lease agreement with KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,580,000 (excluding the payment on February 25, 201), and the lease contract term of February 7, 2014.

(hereinafter referred to as “each of the above lease agreements”) C.

Defendant D entered into a sublease contract with Defendant E on August 15, 2017 with the consent of the Plaintiffs on the instant real estate, and Defendant E engages in the instant real estate business.

As of April 28, 2018, Defendant D had not paid approximately approximately approximately 22 parts of the monthly rent according to the instant lease agreement, as of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1, and approximately 27 parts of the real estate listed in the attached Table 2, as to the real estate listed in the attached Table 2, and approximately 20 parts of the real estate listed in the attached Table 3.
