Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2015, at around 21:49, the Defendant driven a C-II truck with approximately 10 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.175% in blood, from the front right pipe to the front of the agricultural specialty direct plate, located in the leading department of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do.
