A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2015, the Defendant started from the road in front of the Seongbuk-gun Police Station in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-do, Seongbuk-do, and driven a B-do-purd vehicle with alcohol content of about 2km from approximately 0.175% under the influence of alcohol at around 0.175%, to the south side of the same military, from the southwest of the same military.
