Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:10 on June 21, 2017, the Defendant received food from another person at a trading place in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and did not pay a value without good cause.
