Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 22, 2017, around 18:49, the Defendant received food equivalent to the amount of loss from “C” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and did not pay a value without good cause.
Summary of Evidence
1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to requests for summary trial and written notification;
1. Relevant provisions of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act and Article 3 (1) 39 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, and Selection of fines;
1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
