The first instance court.

1. The reasons for the entry of this case by the court of first instance concerning this case are as follows: (a) to add or add part of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) to addition of the judgment of the plaintiff's new argument in the court of first instance as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (c) to this case, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main text
