1. Basic facts

A. On March 2015, the Defendant entered into a service contract with D Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “instant association”) that promotes a new construction project of multi-family housing on three parcels, including Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and Dong-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant project”). As to the design service business for the instant project, the contract amounting to 4,282,000,000.

B. On April 20, 2015, the Defendant concluded a service contract with the Plaintiff regarding the construction permit business, etc. (hereinafter “instant service contract”) that was contracted by the instant cooperative on the basis of the contract amount of KRW 400,000,000 (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

The main contents of the instant service contract are as follows.

The period of service performance under Article 2 (service period) of the construction approval service contract shall be from the date of conclusion of the contract to the date of completion of the project plan.
