A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 10:00 on September 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered a driver’s seat door in which the victim D parked the car on the front of Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and moved the string to the E SP car and then cut off the said car.

B. On September 17, 2015, at around 12:30, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered a driver’s seat in front of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF Borrowing on a vehicle with a car with a car from H-to-purd by the victim G, which was parked and opened a string of the string and locking the string, and then stolen the said vehicle by driving it as it is,.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. The defendant 1-A

B. The defendant 1-B

3. The Defendant violating the Road Traffic Act at around 16:10 on September 17, 2015, the said 1-B on the road first line in front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I.

At the time, the above AD car was under the situation of stopping the vehicle behind the Defendant without proceeding in the future due to the vehicle of the Defendant as above. In such a case, the driver of the vehicle has the victim become aware of the fact that the driver of the vehicle will drive the vehicle by keeping the safety distance from the vehicle behind sufficiently and through an emergency warning.
