A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. At around 22:20 on April 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off with a d'D’ in front of a coffee shop, which is located in the territory of the Cheongju City, using the gap in which the victim E was parked by sticking the keys without locking the door of the car (F) and opening a door for driving the said car into the said car and driving it by entering the said car into the car and driving it; (b) one above car (the husband of the victim E) with the market price of KRW 12 million owned by the victim G (the victim E); (c) one color tag owned by the victim E in the said car; (d) five million won in cash, one national credit card, one national physical card, one sheet, one national physical card, and one DNA card.
B. At around 04:10 on April 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid a steel box in the twit-ray vehicle (K) located on the front of the “I” road located in the Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) opened the said vehicle’s door and cut down a new body card in the wall box located in the said vehicle’s container box; (c) one KRW 300,000 for modern department store gift certificates; (d) one for USD 2,000 for USD 1,000 for USD 1,000 for USD 1.
2. The Defendant was guilty;
A. On the same day as the above 1-B, around 04:19, 04:19, purchasing 50,000 won of le-type tobacco at the M convenience store located in Seo-gu L in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, and presenting the stolen e-mail card under the J’s name, such as the above 1-B, to the victim N, who is the owner of the above convenience store, as if he were his debit card, and thereby making the victim settle 50,000 won of le-type tobacco from the victim;
B. On the same day as the above-mentioned 1-b, around 04:29 of the same day, the victim P, who was the above-mentioned taxi driver, presented a new string card under the J, as shown in the above-mentioned 1-b, and had the victim pay 3,300 won of the taxi fee, thereby acquiring the same amount of financial benefits;
