A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the father of C (Seoul and 14 years of age) attending the first grade of B, had recently been victimized by school violence, but did not take any measure at the school.
