A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc. damage, etc.) requested the victim from “Fju store” operated by the victim E (the age of 55) in Seo-gu Busan (the age of 55) to lend money for gambling money to the victim.
