Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, the Defendant was elected by entering the 6th nationwide constituency of Dong-si Local Election D'E's election, F and G are the Defendant's friendship, and H is the F's will.

No person shall make a false report on the resident registration with the intention of casting the vote at a specific election district from 180 days before the record date for the preparation of the election day to the day when the pollbook expires

Nevertheless, for the purpose of having the defendant cast his vote, the defendant made a false move-in report with F, G, H and the defendant's residence I, which is not the actual domicile, and the defendant conspired to write his signature as the householder.

Accordingly, at around 10:00 on April 7, 2014, F transferred F and F's name to G and G for the purpose of casting a vote to the defendant, and the defendant transferred F and F's name to G and G's name to G and G's name to G's name, not the actual domicile, but the defendant changed to G's name. At the above J-Myeon Office around that time, the defendant confirmed the above F's name in the householder of the move-in report.

At the same time, around 13:30 on April 24, 2014, the Defendant and G move back to G and its J-Myeon Office to G, and the Defendant confirmed his signature in the column of the householder of G’s move-in report.

H around May 7, 2014, at the above J-Myeon office, for the purpose of casting a vote to the Defendant, move-in report to G and his wife, children S and daughters to G to G. The Defendant informed H of his name, such as the householder’s domicile and resident registration number, in advance, and around that time, gave H’s signature at the above J-Myeon office to the householder of H’s move-in report.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with F, G, and H, filed a false report on the resident registration for the purpose of casting a vote in a specific election district by F, G, or H.
