1. On February 12, 2015, the National Labor Relations Commission rendered unfair remedy between the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s Intervenor No. 2014, 1290.

Reasons

1. Details of the decision on retrial;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that ordinarily employs more than 1,00 workers and provides passenger transportation services.
