Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 27, 2012, at around 20:00, the Defendant destroyed and damaged the utility of the Defendant, i.e., destroying C real estate entrance glass created by the victim by generating C real estate entrance glass, which was operated by the victim, on the ground that the Defendant requested treatment expenses by putting the head in front of C real estate entrance door in front of C real estate entrance, and the victim refused to do so.
