1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff entered the Navy on June 8, 2009, but was discharged from military service on April 16, 2010 and served as public interest service personnel and was discharged from military service on October 12, 201.

B. On December 209, the Plaintiff filed an application for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State on the ground that he/she had a high stress due to harsh acts inside a military unit and bullying, etc., and found symptoms, such as depression and scarcitys, despite hospital treatment, continued to have a friendly disorder and became subject to military discharge measures and discharge from military service as well as discharge from military service personnel, and applied for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State (hereinafter “instant wound”).

C. On August 29, 2013, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of a decision that he/she does not meet the requirements for persons who rendered distinguished services to the State and persons eligible for veteran’s compensation (hereinafter “instant disposition”), on the grounds that objective evidentiary materials confirming the occurrence of mental illness due to an oral or harsh act, other than the Plaintiff’s statement, following the deliberation and resolution of the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement.

On November 1, 2013, the Plaintiff appealed to the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, but was dismissed on April 1, 2014.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff had experience in suffering from collective harassment during the sixth-year period of elementary school, and was placed in the military post-instigatories and served in the military, resulting in mental disorder, such as adaptation disorder, depression disorder, etc., within the office on the ground that the Plaintiff accused of corruption in the military, such as harsh treatment, etc.

The plaintiff started to receive mental and medical treatment from around November 2009, but the plaintiff's mental illness has deteriorated as the situation in the military unit has not been improved, and the plaintiff's symptoms, such as severe public conditions, paralysis, and sacrificing, are found, and on December 14, 2009.
