1. On June 2, 2014, the Defendant’s disposition against the Plaintiff as a person eligible for veteran’s compensation is revoked.

Reasons
1. Details of disposition;
A. On January 19, 2010, the Plaintiff entered the Army 26 Team B (hereinafter “affiliated unit”) and was on February 26, 2010, and was serving as a communications soldier on February 26, 2010, and was discharged from military service on April 26, 2010 after having been discharged from military service on the third floor of the affiliated unit with a 3rd unit with a record in the attached sheet attached thereto on April 26, 2010 (hereinafter “the instant accident”).
B. On September 4, 2013, the Plaintiff filed an application for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State with the assertion that he/she sustained the instant wounds while attempting to commit suicide due to harsh conduct and bullying inside the military unit.
C. On June 2, 2014, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of non-compliance with the requirements for persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State and persons eligible for veteran’s compensation on the ground that “The specific and objective supporting materials that may be deemed to have attempted to do self-injury by self-injury in the process of making a separate declaration of female-friendly relationship on the relevant records, are not verified, and the Defendant appears to have attempted to self-injury by taking into account that it would have caused a private act according to his/her judgment without justifiable grounds.”

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1 of the parties concerned had attempted to commit suicide due to extreme mental harm caused by the Plaintiff’s harsh acts, saves, bathing, verbal abuse, bullying, etc. committed by the appointed soldiers in the instant unit, which are different from the Plaintiff’s assertion.
