Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a legal entity that establishes and operates a F University, a private junior college located in H at the time of racing, and the plaintiffs were currently working as a teacher of F University as listed below.
The appointment of a full-time lecturer on March 1, 199, the appointment of a new full-time lecturer on October 1, 2008, the promotion of the associate professor on April 1, 2008, the promotion of the associate professor on May 1, 2013, the abolition of the appointment of a full-time lecturer on September 1, 1993, the promotion of the associate professor on April 1, 1997, the promotion of the associate professor on April 1, 2008, the closure of the appointment of a full-time lecturer on April 1, 2008, and the closure of the appointment of a three CK on June 1, 201, and the appointment of a new assistant on March 1, 199, and the appointment of a full-time lecturer on April 1, 2003, the appointment of a new assistant on September 13, 2009, and the appointment of a full-time lecturer on April 19, 2014
B. Article 45 of the Defendant’s Articles of incorporation provides that “The remuneration for teachers shall be determined separately by the rules of the board of directors based on qualifications, experience and degree of difficulty and responsibility of duties.” The F University refers to teachers and staff (a teacher and a general staff member) in accordance with the above Articles of incorporation.

(2) According to the Regulations on the Remuneration of Teachers and Staff at F University, remuneration refers to the sum of salaries and other various kinds of allowances (Article 3 Subparag. 1). In addition to the amount of salaries, necessary allowances may be paid to the teachers and staff within budgetary limits (Article 25(1)), the types of allowances, the scope of payment, the amount of payment, and other matters necessary for the payment of allowances shall be separately prescribed by the Rules, subject to a resolution of the board of directors.
(Article 25(2) 3 of the Regulations on the Remuneration of Teachers and Employees to determine the kinds, scope of payment and amount of payment of allowances to be paid to teachers and staff pursuant to Article 25(2) of the said Regulations.
