A. The defendant is a legal entity that establishes and operates a F University, a private junior college located in H at the time of racing, and the plaintiffs were currently working as a teacher of F University as listed below.

(2) According to the Regulations on the Remuneration of Teachers and Staff at F University, remuneration refers to the sum of salaries and other various kinds of allowances (Article 3 Subparag. 1). In addition to the amount of salaries, necessary allowances may be paid to the teachers and staff within budgetary limits (Article 25(1)), the types of allowances, the scope of payment, the amount of payment, and other matters necessary for the payment of allowances shall be separately prescribed by the Rules, subject to a resolution of the board of directors.

(Article 25(2) 3 of the Regulations on the Remuneration of Teachers and Employees to determine the kinds, scope of payment and amount of payment of allowances to be paid to teachers and staff pursuant to Article 25(2) of the said Regulations.
